STARTUP → MULTI-MARKETPLACE OPERATION

Conexus Trading / Innova Brands Ltd

THE CHALLENGE

Not a single task. The operation around it.

Scale quickly outgrew a simple “list it and ship it” model. More accounts, countries and fulfilment models required central control of stock, orders, listings and exceptions.

The job was not to “launch a channel”. It was to make that channel keep working the next day, at a larger catalogue, higher order volume and across more markets.
WHAT WE BUILT

A system, not a collection of separate channels

The operation was organised around Linnworks. It covered 4 Amazon accounts, 5 eBay accounts, Amazon FBA, Amazon Vendor Central and additional European channels including ManoMano, Cdiscount, OnBuy, The Range, bol.com and eMAG.

Operating footprint

HOW IT WAS OPERATED

Discover → Build → Operate → Scale → Transfer

01 / DISCOVER

Process, data, margin, constraints and ownership.

02 / BUILD

Channels, catalogue, integrations and operating rules.

03 / OPERATE

Execution, exceptions, pricing, stock and data.

04 / SCALE

Add markets without adding chaos at the same rate.

05 / TRANSFER

Enable the team or keep running the function.

Daily work covered Linnworks administration, catalogue and listings, order flow, stock, fulfilment, marketplace exceptions and keeping channels operationally aligned.

RESULTING CAPABILITY

What remained after the work

A startup model became a multi-channel operation capable of handling roughly 35,000 SKUs and more than 1,000 orders per day. The key outcome was the operating system required to control that scale.

Decisions

Less reactive firefighting and more decisions based on a shared view of sales, stock and channels.

Process

Clear data sources, ownership and exception handling instead of knowledge living in one person’s head.

Scale

A new channel plugs into the existing operation instead of creating another silo and manual task list.

PLEROMA COMMERCE

Not a traditional agency. Operators expected to think for the area they own.

We do not wait for a task list. We identify problems, set priorities, plan the next moves and execute them. No corporate jargon and no agency theatre.
