Terms of service

Last updated: 25 September 2026

1. Seller

The seller is Maciej Grochala, trading as Maciej Grochala Pleroma Commerce, registered in the Polish business register CEIDG, Tax ID (NIP) 9562208644, address as shown in our Contact information. Contact: matt@pleromacommerce.com, +48 604 218 962.

2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases on pleromacommerce.com and pleromacommerce.pl: digital products (ebooks) and e-commerce services (including audits, store builds, marketplace launches, marketing and AI automation, monthly plans and hour blocks).

3. Orders and contract

The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. For services, the detailed scope, timeline and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work starts; if they differ from the product description, the written confirmation prevails.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product page in the currency of your market. Services are generally priced for businesses; the invoice states the applicable tax. Payment is due at checkout unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

5. Delivery

Ebooks are delivered by download link immediately after payment. Services are delivered remotely according to the agreed timeline. See our Shipping policy.

6. Returns, cancellations and withdrawal

Returns, cancellations and refunds follow our Refund and return policy. Consumers keep all rights under mandatory law, including the right of withdrawal where it applies.

7. Complaints

Report any problem with a product or service to matt@pleromacommerce.com. We respond to complaints within 14 days.

8. Intellectual property

Ebooks are licensed for your own use and may not be resold or shared publicly. For services, rights to deliverables created for you pass to you on full payment, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Pre-existing tools, templates and know-how remain ours.

9. Liability

For business customers, our total liability under a contract is limited to the price paid for the service concerned and excludes lost profits, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or the rights of consumers.

10. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers also keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence. Disputes with business customers are resolved by the court competent for the seller's registered address.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in force at the time of the order.
