Pleroma Commerce does not ship physical goods.

Ebooks

Ebooks are delivered as PDF files. The download link is sent to the email address given at checkout immediately after payment and is also shown on the order confirmation page. Delivery is free and available worldwide. If the email does not arrive within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or write to matt@pleromacommerce.com.

Services

Services are delivered remotely. The start date and timeline are agreed in writing before work begins. Meetings take place online (Google Meet) unless agreed otherwise.

Costs

There are no shipping or delivery costs.
