The marketplaces we operate

Europe is not one marketplace, and neither is America. Below are the channels we take brands onto, with an honest read on how hard each one is to enter and what it demands. We have run catalogues across 15 channels at once, including five Amazon and five eBay accounts in parallel.

40,000+ SKUS ACROSS 15 CHANNELS  ·  5 AMAZON + 5 EBAY ACCOUNTS IN PARALLEL  ·  8 MARKETPLACES FOR AN INDUSTRIAL BRAND
Pan-European
Amazon DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, SE, BE, PL, IE, UK. Requires VAT, WEEE and EPR registration in each country, plus GPSR; your choice between FBA, EFN and merchant fulfilment sets the margin
eBay DE, FR, IT, ES, UK, PL. The lowest barrier to entry in Western Europe
Kaufland DE, AT, CZ, SK, PL. Needs EANs and a German returns address; the fastest route into Germany
Allegro PL, CZ, SK, HU. Dominant in Poland, with Amazon.pl a distant second. Requires local shipping, and buyers expect BLIK at checkout
bol NL, BE. The Benelux leader; requires local returns handling and Dutch content
Cdiscount FR. Number two in France; needs French content, EPR registration and the Triman logo
OTTO DE. Germany's second-largest marketplace; sellers are vetted and dispatch from Germany is required
eMAG RO, HU, BG. Romania's market leader, in one of the fastest-growing e-commerce markets in the EU
Alza CZ, SK, HU, DE, AT. Electronics and general merchandise
Galaxus CH, DE, AT, FR, IT, NL, BE. Switzerland's leader, with high basket values
CDON, Fyndiq SE, NO, FI, DK. Nordic entry without a local entity
Rozetka UA. Ukraine's leader; needs a hryvnia feed and Ukrainian content — we have done both
Fruugo 40+ countries from a single feed; the simplest way to test cross-border demand
OnBuy UK. A post-Brexit alternative to Amazon with simpler registration
Etsy, TikTok Shop EU-wide. Handmade and design; social commerce with strong organic reach
North and South America
Walmart US, CA, MX. The largest US marketplace after Amazon, with over 420 million products. Vetted sellers, strict 1:1 white-background images, GTIN required
Amazon US US, CA, MX. Registration and compliance separate from the EU. FBA or self-fulfilled; sales tax handled state by state
eBay US US. The lowest barrier to entry in the US market; no seller vetting
Target Plus US. Invitation only — you cannot apply yourself. High product-data standards, low competition
Wayfair US, CA, UK, DE, IE. Home, furniture, garden. Dropship from your own stock, or use CastleGate, Wayfair's own fulfilment network
Newegg US, CA. Electronics, PC components, tools. Simpler registration than Amazon and a technical buyer base
Home Depot US. DIY, tools, building supplies. Vetted sellers; technical product data required
Lowe's US. Home improvement, second to Home Depot. Invitation only
Best Buy US, CA. Consumer electronics; brands are vetted
Mercado Libre MX, BR, AR and 15 other Latin American markets. The region's largest marketplace, with its own logistics and payments
Temu US and global. A local-seller model for brands holding US stock; heavy price pressure
TikTok Shop US US. Video-led selling; the fastest-growing social commerce channel in the US

Selling in the US means separate registration, separate compliance and sales tax handled state by state — an EU set-up does not carry over. Target Plus, Lowe's and Best Buy choose their own sellers; for these we handle the application rather than promising entry up front.

Some channels (Zalando, OTTO, Leroy Merlin, MediaMarkt, Decathlon, Target Plus) vet sellers and restrict categories. For these we handle the application — we do not promise entry up front. Most of the others we connect from a single catalogue.

Questions & answers

Which marketplaces do you work with?

Amazon across the EU marketplaces, Allegro, eBay, OnBuy, ManoMano, Cdiscount, Rozetka, Erli and Ceneo, plus TikTok Shop. We have run five Amazon and five eBay accounts in parallel for a single retailer, so multi-account operations are familiar ground.

What does Amazon EU expansion include?

European account setup and verification, marketplace configuration for DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, SE, BE and PL, Brand Registry, listings written for each marketplace's language and search behaviour, VAT and compliance registrations, and a launch plan for advertising. You go live with a clean account, not a flagged one.

Why do Polish sellers get blocked on Amazon.de?

Almost always paperwork, not product: missing WEEE/ElektroG registration for anything with a plug or a battery, no GPSR responsible person, no EPR packaging registration, VAT details that do not match. We handle these before listing, because fixing them after a block takes weeks.

Do you handle WEEE, GPSR, EPR and VAT OSS?

Yes. We run the registration process with the relevant authorities and partners, keep the evidence Amazon asks for, and set up VAT OSS so cross-border sales are reported correctly. Compliance is treated as part of the launch, not as a separate legal favour.

Can you open a new Allegro account or fix an existing one?

Both. New accounts are configured against current Allegro rules for variants, parameters and warranty fields. Existing accounts get a review of listing quality, dispute history and delivery metrics, and a plan for climbing the ranking without triggering penalties.

Who writes the listings?

We do, in-house, per channel. Amazon, Allegro and eBay rank on different signals, so a listing copied between them underperforms on all three. Titles, bullets, attributes and images are prepared for each marketplace's algorithm, with the compliance content in the right structured fields.

Can you connect the marketplaces to our store and warehouse?

Yes, through Baselinker or a direct integration: one stock pool, orders from every channel flowing into one fulfilment queue and into the ERP, prices and stock updated in minutes rather than by hand. This is what makes selling on eight channels operationally survivable.

How long does a marketplace launch take?

A three-channel launch takes five to six weeks from access and data. Amazon EU on its own depends on how fast registrations come back; the account and listings are ready in two to three weeks and compliance approvals set the rest of the pace.

Do you manage the accounts afterwards?

Through a monthly plan, yes: account health, buyer messages, disputes and A-to-Z claims, listing corrections when Amazon or Allegro change the rules, promotions and advertising direction. Marketplace accounts are not fire-and-forget; someone has to be watching.

What if our catalogue is not ready for marketplaces?

We will tell you before you spend money. Marketplaces punish weak data: missing EANs, inconsistent attributes, thin descriptions. Often the right first project is a PIM and listing-production job, and only then the channel launch.
